Eureka! I’ve finally done it!
After many years and many web searches, I put together a recipe tonight that
worked perfectly.
1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed
cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. tomato purée
½ tsp. beef base dissolved in
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. white wine – Pinot
Grigio
1 tsp. soy sauce
Stir together and cook down
to desired thickness for your favorite recipe. Mine is Beef Stroganoff.
